Total Ash Solutions Pty Ltd was setup to provide a unique service to look at different techniques for turning waste products into value added, sought after products and commodities.

Our directors and partners have extensive experience with various waste streams from different industries or processing.

We pride ourselves at looking at solving problematic wastes or potential wastes disposal and turning this into a sought after raw resource materials suitable for applications in many industries.

The name Total Ash Solutions Pty Ltd was introduced for use in power stations with their fly ash disposal, and to prevent them creating more ash dams and potential disasters such as the flyash dam fiasco in Tennessee USA.

Additionally TAS can and will formulate waste resources for use into existing applications, or create new market potential with what was previously an intrinsic waste material.

Technical design and procurement as well as manufacture and fabrication of equipment needed to produce value added products from waste streams is another service provided by TAS to give a total solution to clients requiring this service.

High temperature processing and treatment of waste streams into valuable products for the building and other industries, is a major component of TAS and their objective visions.

TAS can provide solutions for most type of waste streams into a cost effective and readily used product range, and provide business modelling to ensure financial accountability and successful operational parameters for any projects they are involved with. TAS will also ensure that the products developed have a commercial (profitable) end use.

TAS has produced various product lines for use on past projects. The flocculent developed to drop fly ash out of suspension in several seconds and not create any nasties in the water for continued reuse in processing.

This is useful when water restrictions require continued reuse in mining operations where clean water for precious metal extraction is vital for the operation.

TAS developed a spray on geo fabric called GeoSpray for one of their clients, and this has been well received in civil works as well as the mining industry to stabilise batters and spray over stockpiles of overburden etc.

Variants of this product are used in spray on dam linings where the geology does not have any type of sealing materials such as clays to retain water, and even the most porous soils can be used to construct dam walls and successfully hold water.

Another application for use in landfill sites as caps with a thickness of 3-5mm thickness rather than covering with 300 to 500mm of dirt each night to seal off for health and odour as well as keeping rainwater out has also been developed. This helps to increase the lifespan of the landfill site.

No matter what industry you are in, or what problems you may have, or want to expand your product range, we can offer our services and discuss with confidentiality your particular applications.
